Interlibrary Loan (ILL)

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is the process of requesting materials from other libraries. If the resource that you require is not available within the Durham College Library, in either print or electronic format, an interlibrary loan (ILL) can be processed on your behalf.

OMNI is an easy-to-use search tool that allows you to discover items from our library.  Materials that our library does not have access to can be requested and delivered to Durham College for pickup.  Articles and book chapters can be requested and delivered by email.

To request from another library:

• Sign in to My Library Account in the top navigation bar on the far right.
• Find the item you are interested in and select the title to open the full record display.
• Select 'Request the Book’ (Books only) in the How to Get It section of the record.
• OR, in order to request articles and book chapters, click on the Blank Request Form (below) and fill out the form.
