The Library offers a workshop tailored to Research Assistants. Please review current dates and times or contact your subject librarian for more details.

Want to fill your literature review with the key articles but not sure where to start? Worried about falling for fake news? Keen to master the all the tricks of the Library's Omni catalogue? You have come to the right place!

In this workshop we will discuss how to find the best and most appropriate literature through the library databases and resources as well as navigating internet sources such as google scholar, how to manage citations, best practices for using specialized subject specific resources, and more.

This workshop is applicable to all research assistants, in all disciplines, with all levels of experience.

Note: it is expected that attendees will complete Library Online modules in DC connect prior to attending the workshop. To access the modules, login to DC Connect and click on the self-registration tab. Scroll to Library Online and self-enroll.
