Canadian and American public companies disclose information about their operations in their regulatory filings. Search the public documents using root terms like supply or distribution.
Canadian companies file documents with SEDAR.These documents can be found by selecting "Search Database" and then "Search for Public Company Documents". You can use the search form to search by Company and/or Document Type.
American companies have to submit an annual report document called a 10-K to the SEC. This document contains a section on Risk Factors. This is not the same as an annual report to shareholders. 10-K reports can be found online:
