Crisis Support

If you are in crisis, connect with immediate assistance and support

Many students face mental health challenges such as stress, anxiety and depression. Durham College has services and resources available to assist students with their mental health and well-being, including counseling, support groups and workshops.

This guide links to books, videos, apps and websites that can supplement the direct forms of support available to students. Topics and authors are recommended with advice from and in consultation with Student Mental Health Services.
