NAICS codes, which stands for the North American Industry Classification System, can be useful to know as some databases allow you to do research based on NAICS codes. Use the link below to look up the NAICS code for the industry you are researching using this Statistics Canada table. Statistics Canada published updated NAICS in 2022.
